Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms shall apply to all matters relating to the use of the Services between Users and the Shop.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The Services are available only to persons aged 18 and above.

The following persons may not use the Services:

- Persons under 18 years of age

- Persons with sexually transmitted diseases or skin conditions

- Persons affiliated with antisocial forces

- Persons who have previously engaged in problematic behavior at the Shop

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Services:

1. Sexual harassment of therapists

2. Poaching staff from competitors

3. Secret recording or eavesdropping

4. Verbal or physical abuse toward staff

5. Intentionally damaging facilities or equipment

6. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Shop

If any of the above is discovered, the session will be terminated and the customer will be asked to leave (no refund).

Article 4 (Service Suspension/Termination)

The Shop may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services without prior notice in the following cases:

1. If a User violates any provision of these Terms

2. If provision of the Services becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters

3. If the Shop determines that provision of the Services is otherwise difficult

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Shop does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Services are free from defects (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, and infringement of rights).

The Shop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Services, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Shop.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

The Shop may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Shop's website.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop's head office.
